Full spectrum heaters emit near, mid, and far infrared wavelengths, while far infrared heaters focus on the far infrared range. Both create a dry, radiant warmth. Full spectrum simply covers a wider range of wavelengths.
The manufacturer rates the CedarLuma at 1.4 to 2.6 mG. Many shoppers compare EMF ratings when choosing a home sauna, so we list it here as a specification.
Yes. The 660nm and 850nm light panel can run together with the infrared heaters or on its own. Protective goggles are included and should be worn while the light panel is on.
At 31.5 x 31.5 x 63.3 inches, it fits most indoor spaces with standard 8-foot ceilings. The compact design works well in bedrooms, bathrooms, or home gym areas.
Canadian hemlock requires minimal maintenance. Occasional wiping with a damp cloth and ensuring proper ventilation after use will keep the wood in excellent condition for years.
